The owner of A-1 BIO-Clean Service also held a distinguished position on the ABRA’s Board of Directors as Vice President for four years. Gordy is one of ABRA voices in lecturing organizations, various industries and many victim support groups of the advantages of having a biorecovery firm on hand. He speaks at many conferences and trade shows in the remediation and public safety industry. Gordy’s background is in public safety and marketing. As a family man he and his wife Sheila have three sons (Jason, David and Joshua) and two daughters Lauren and Rebecca). If you should ask him his passion is his wife and kids.
Gordy is also part owner of Bio Protect LLC and Bio Protect of Canada, which are international bio protection firms that clean and apply an anti microbial barier in schools, colleges, medical as well as private and public facilities.
Gordy also writes various articles which include the bi-monthly edition of R&R Magazine, as well as being the former editor of the BIO-Graph which is a quarterly newsletter for the ABRA. His hobbies are attending classic car shows with his wife’s classic 67 convertible Shelby Mustang and attending SEC Football games, “Go Dawgs”
