Hello Gordy and Sheila, Hope you are all well. We have sold my father's house two days ago after it was on the market for only one month. We were all concern about selling a house where family member died and how potential buyer might react to it, but this buyer also lost her husband two years ago and she was very understanding and easy to work with. I really think and felt that my father was watching over us. Cobb County Medical Examiners Cobb County Medical Examiners 100 Cherokee Street Marietta, GA 30090 Cobb County Medical My wife passed away on July 4, 2009 due to Sequelae of Gastrointestinal Bleeding. I was out of town and was unable to return until last Sunday. Due to the nature of the death the house needed major attention from a professional hazmat company.
